RESERVATIONS:

Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of deposit. An online request does not constitute a reservation until we contact you to confirm the booking. All our suites accommodate a maximum of 2 people.

DEPOSIT:

We require your credit card information to reserve space at time of booking. At the time of booking, 50% of the reservation total will be charged to your credit card. Full and final payment is due at check in.  We accept cash, travelers cheque or credit card. If for some unforeseen reason you fail to arrive on the initial date booked you will be charged for all nights that we are not able to rebook.

ACCOMMODATION RATES:

All rates are quoted in Canadian funds and are based on 2 people sharing a suite.  Deduct $10.00 per night for single occupancy.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We require 14 days advance notice for full refund less a $25.00 administration fee. Cancellations of less than 14 days notice may result in a refund if we are successful in rebooking the room. Failure to arrive on the initial date of the reservation or departure prior to the last date of the reservation is subject to full payment for all nights reserved. We will do our best to re-rent the suite(s) and we will reimburse you for any nights that we are able to rebook. Please call your local agent for trip cancellation insurance to cover you in the event of an unexpected delay or cancellation in your travel plans. We will give you a cancellation number for your records.
